Allison brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and lived experience to Pediatric POST. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Education and went on to complete her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Allison holds licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and graduated with highest honors and a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Over the course of her career, Allison has worked in a variety of healthcare settings—including Northwestern Memorial Hospital in acute care, ICU, orthopedics, cardiac care, and inpatient rehabilitation—treating patients with a wide range of diagnoses such as strokes, heart attacks, and total joint replacements. For the past 11 years, she has focused on pediatric therapy, serving children in both the school district and outpatient pediatric clinics.
Allison was truly born to be a pediatric therapist. Her approach is deeply empathetic, neuro-affirming, and play-based, always honoring each child’s unique journey. She is especially passionate about supporting children with complex needs and partnering closely with families to help kids thrive.

As a mother of three amazing boys (ages 3 ,7 and 11), Allison also brings personal insight to the therapy experience—her own children have benefited from therapy services throughout their lives. She understands the journey from both sides and brings that compassion to every family she works with.
In her free time, Allison enjoys traveling with her husband and kids, staying active through exercise and wellness, cheering on her sons at lacrosse tournaments, relaxing with her rescue pups, and fostering dogs for local shelters.
