I have known Rejeigh Pierce for some time and have always been impressed by her professionalism, character, and dedication to helping others. Rejeigh is an exceptionally caring and compassionate individual who is deeply committed to the people she serves. Her passion for working with children on the autism spectrum is evident not only through her career choice but through the genuine care, patience, and empathy she demonstrates every day. She has a natural ability to make children feel safe, supported, and valued, and it is clear that their well-being and success are always at the forefront of her efforts. The families and children she works with are fortunate to have someone who is so invested in making a positive difference in their lives. One of Rejeigh's greatest strengths is her outstanding work ethic. She is highly organized, dependable, and consistently approaches her responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. Her ability to effectively communicate, coordinate, and manage priorities demonstrates a level of maturity and accountability that is invaluable in both direct-service and administrative environments. In addition to her organizational abilities, Rejeigh possesses strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust and foster positive relationships. She approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and consistently conducts herself with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. What stands out most about Rejeigh is her ability to combine genuine compassion with exceptional professionalism. She is the type of person who advocates for others, leads by example, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure those in her care receive the attention, support, and encouragement they deserve. Rejeigh's combination of compassion, leadership potential, communication skills, and organizational acumen make her an individual who is well-positioned for continued growth and success. She is the type of professional who elevates those around her and brings value to any team or organization she is a part of. Best Regards, Christopher Bond

When I heard that Rejeigh Pierce joined the team at Pediatric POST, I was incredibly excited for her—but even more excited for the team to have her. Rejeigh has been a part of my children's lives for more than ten years and has had the privilege of watching them grow up. Every time she is around children, her passion shines through. She brings genuine joy, patience, and enthusiasm to everything she does. Whether she is teaching, coaching, or simply encouraging a child, it's clear that helping children grow and succeed is more than a job to her—it's her calling. Rejeigh has a unique ability to connect with children, build their confidence, and inspire them to reach their potential. I have seen firsthand the positive impact she has on young people, and I have no doubt that she will be an incredible asset to the Pediatric POST team. Any child who has the opportunity to work with Rejeigh will be fortunate to have her guidance and support. She will undoubtedly help them thrive, grow, and achieve great things.

2 of my kids are current regulars, but all 3 have been going to POST for therapy almost since it opened. The facility and team have been growing the whole time, and I think the reason they’re as successful as they are is the phenomenal staff. Every new addition to the team seems to bring a new dimension to POST, and my kids have grown so much since their first days there. Thank you all!

Working with Lily has been a game changer. I feel like she just has a way with the children she works with that we haven’t been able to find with anyone else. She consistently goes above and beyond for whatever is needed at their appointment time and it definitely shows.

Scott was there for my son when he needed it most after the sudden passing of his dad when he was just 5 years old. Being so young, it is hard to grasp the concept of grief and how to deal with it. He started to show signs of anger, low self esteem, negativity and like he couldn't do anything right. Scott worked with my son for 5 years, giving him the tools he needed to grow and confront his grief. Fast forward to today, my son has worked hard to improve his confidence, raise his grades, face grief head on, and be such an amazing help. I can not thank Scott and pediapost for their services and continued support. We still use the tools we were given in our day to day lives. We are beyond grateful!

My daughter was recently discharged from Pediatric POST - she worked with Ms. Rebecca who knew how to establish a wonderful rapport with her from the very beginning. My daughter was always looking forward to coming in to "play AND learn" with Ms. Rebecca - it was the highlight of her week. Personally, I appreciated the feedback after each session and the strategies Ms. Rebecca would share so we could carry it over at home the rest of the week. Everything she recommended, my daughter took so well to, and it showed in her progress! Ps... All of this was somewhat new to my husband #turnedbeliever - he loved knowing not only that our daughter was learning new skills, but that she was having so much fun in the process. Win, win!! Thank you, Pediatric POST!

My son tried speech therapy at other places and nothing has compared to Pediatric Post! Every single professional is extremely knowledgeable in their field. My son attends speech therapy, physical therapy and the preschool program through pediatric post on a weekly basis. Everyone knows my son by name and he gets the biggest smile on his face when we come here. His confidence has grown significantly since starting here in addition to his articulation in speech as well as his socialization skills. The staff treat us like family and they are so incredibly accommodating to our hectic schedules as they change week by week. The owner, Allison, is so incredibly knowledgeable in all domains of the therapies the facility offers. She makes it a point to interact and engage with the families. She is someone I am now able to consider a friend and seek out professional and personal advice in regards to my son. This place has been life changing for my family and will always hold a special place in our hearts. Having to seek therapies for your child (regardless of the type) can feel isolating and emotional- this place (the people) provide my family with a strong sense of community, understanding, knowledge and significant support.

My son Jack (7) always comes out with a smile. Mr. Scott is so patient with him, especially when he tries to avoid topics. He is excited to go and will even wake up early on Saturdays to attend the playgroup.

I can't say enough good things about Pediatric Post! Allison was so wonderful to allow my sophomore daughter (who is pursuing Speech Therapy degree at Purdue) to do a summer internship. My daughter LOVED the environment and the therapists that work there, such an inviting and comfortable and supportive community, so much that she said that is her ideal goal to work in a place just like that one day! We are all grateful for the kindness and support of the employees at Pediatric Post. It is a special place!

Danielle has a playful and youthful yet professional way with my kids where they listen, are engaged, and are working toward their goals even if they sometimes don’t realize they’re working on their skills and are learning.

We were referred to Pediatric POST by another family. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. The doctors and staff are kind and we feel they truly care about us and we are not just a number. I highly recommend Pediatric POST.

My son had a speech evaluation today at Pediatric POST and the therapist was so kind, informative, and professional. The therapy clinic is filled with everything a child love including zip line, rock wall, swings, trampoline, toys, etc. My son is excited to go back and this is the first time he is enjoying "therapy".
