Monika earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Illinois State University. She has professional experience in the school and hospital setting. She is a highly skilled professional whose contributions are deeply valued by the Pediatric POST team.
Monika is passionate about helping children build strong, functional communication skills. She is committed to providing individualized, play-based, and family-centered therapy to support each child’s unique strengths and needs.
Her areas of clinical interest/experience include receptive and expressive language, social-pragmatic communication, articulation, phonological disorders, dysphagia, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Monika is dedicated to delivering meaningful, engaging, and evidence-based intervention that empowers her clients and their families.
Outside of work, Monika enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She has a love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, reading, listening to music, cooking, and traveling to new places.
