Rejeigh Pierce COTA

Rejeigh is a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant who is passionate about helping children grow, learn, and thrive through meaningful connection and play. She believes in connection over compliance and that children make the most meaningful progress when they feel understood and genuinely engaged. Recognizing that every child is unique, she provides individualized care tailored to each child's strengths, interests, needs, and goals. By following each child's lead and building on what motivates them, she creates playful and supportive experiences that foster confidence, skill development, and participation in everyday life.

Rejeigh values collaboration with families and believes they are the most important part of a child's team. She is committed to building strong partnerships with caregivers and working together to support each child's unique goals. Her approach is rooted in play, connection, and trust, with a focus on helping children feel successful while developing the skills they need for daily activities and meaningful participation in their world.

Outside of work, Rejeigh enjoys working out, making lavender matcha's, and spending time with family, friends and all four-legged, furry creatures. She loves trying new coffee shops, exploring new activities and places, staying active, and making meaningful connections in her personal life.
